These are some of the best instructional videos for those who want to do the whole job, or just part of your project! Remember some trades require trained and liscenced professionals, if you need one check out our team page.
We make comments on each video when ever possible, some videos may have differing advice. We may suggest some changes, or give an over all opinion on the difficulty of each process.
FEATURED PRODUCTS
we will also also share videos on unique products we offer for sale or professional install!
Featured ProductPAINTING BASICS: This is a good quick video to give you an idea of the basics, they help with determining how much paint you will need. Bare in mind that most walls require 2 coats so the coverage will be half what they state in this video around 200 sq ft Per gallon will get you 2 coats with most paints. We actually suggest Sherwin Williams as the best place to get advice and for color consultation.

Drywall video: this guy really takes his time to go through the whole process. We have been contracting and subcontracting this trade for over 30 years I would classify drywall as a high skilled profession if you want it to look right. This video may be too long for the average person but it does allow you to fast forward past the marks. He does make a rather big mistake by using screws on corner bead. That is a good way to over tighten and twist the bead. It looks like he has figured out a way that works for him but do yourself a favor and nail it on. If possible hire out the corner bead and muding if you are uncomfortable with doing lots of research and practice.

TILE VIDEO FOR SHOWERS: this is a good overview but plumbing and water sealing is super important to get right I have seen many, many of these done wrong and end up leaking. I would advise hiring a professional but if your skilled with tools and like a challenge then all you need is a licensed plumbing contractor to help.
